There is no need to submit documents for FICA at this stage. You can start betting straight away! However, you will need to have submitted your FICA documents should you want to withdraw any money.

Once you have opened an account, should you experience any difficulty, you can call us on 021 3000 755 and speak to customer care. They will help you place your bets and assist with any queries you may have about your account including balances, payments or deposits.


How do I deposit?

  1. Log into your account
  2. Select the “Deposit” tab (top left of your page under the Firstbet logo).
  3. Select your preferred deposit method
  4. Follow the instructions on screen.
  5. This will take you to your deposit page giving you the following options:

How long does it take for my deposit to reflect in my account?

  • Deposits will be updated as soon as they reflect in the Firstbet bank account. Once the deposit has been deposited, you can send us an email with your proof of payment or send a payment notification from our website.


How to withdraw your winnings?

  1. Log into your account
  2. Select the “Account” tab at the top of your page
  3. Select “Banking”
  4. Select “Withdraw”
  5. Provide your banking details and select “Update”
  6. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and proceed
  7. Additional FICA verification may be required

How long does it take for my money to show in my account after I requested a withdrawal?

  • Payments are done from Monday – Friday and the cut off time is 11h30. Should a request be made after this time it will be done with the following day's batch of payments
  • Please note that we process payments from FNB, therefore if you bank with a different institution it will take up to 2 workings days to reflect from the day the payment is processed by Firstbet.
  • Your FICA Documents will also need to be in order.

  5. Fill in your details and select “Update”
